Lanceaward - January 2006 to Present. Building websites for local companies requiring regular maintenance and updates. Specializing in Search Engine Optimization and logical navigation. Completely self taught web designer. Several successful sites that can be found in my commercial pages. Award winning photographer with recently published brochure photos for a national association.

Wheelerauto.com – May 2003 to January 2006. Internet web site development, sales, and management. Daily updates to all web sites utilized by the dealership and using manipulation of html coding to increase search engine optimization. Brought Google rankings up to the first two pages of searches for our inventory. Increased online sales from 20% to 70%. Dealt with customers to determine needs, wants, budgets, and abilities. Acted as the owner’s liaison with key customers. Searched nationally for specific automobiles requested by our customers using the internet and relations developed with wholesalers and dealers.

ALLTEL Communications – August 2002 to May 2003. Cellular Phone Salesperson. Advise customers on the benefits of cellular phone service with the company. Emphasis on customer satisfaction and relations, from billing disputes to phone repairs. Have consistently remained in the top tier of the producers in the market group meriting bonuses each month and received pay increases based on performance.

Reliable Imports (Van Tuyl Corporation) – June 2001 to Aug. 2002. Automotive Sales Consultant. Assisted customers in the process of acquiring transportation. Maintain relationships between customers and the dealership. Salesman-of-the- Month in August 2001 and February 2002. Customer satisfaction index over 97 percent.

Novus Windshield Repair – Jan. 1999 to Apr. 2001. General Manager. Responsible for all daily activities associated with running the business including customer relations, product promotion, billing, collecting, accounting, tax preparation, and financial reporting to the franchisor.

Pinegar Chevrolet – Jul. 1998 to Jan. 1999. Pre-owned Vehicle Manager. Oversaw the department. Maintained inventory control, trained and motivated salespeople, proofed documentation associated with automobile purchases, closed customers during the sales process, and mediated conflicts between all concerned parties.

Reliable Chevrolet (Van Tuyl Corporation) – Sept. 1997 to Feb. 1998. Finance Manager. Leasing specialist. Prepared loan documents associated with automotive purchases, contracted customers on retail and lease contracts, and maintained computer systems for optimal operational performance.

Toyota of Richardson (Van Tuyl Corporation) – June 1996 to Aug. 1997. Lease Department Manager. Presented leases to customers as an alternative to conventional loans, prepared documentation and contracted customers, presented the credit and loan documentation to the banks for approval and funding.

Big Billy Barrett Mitsubishi – June 1993 to June 1996. Sales, Finance, and Lease Manager. Developed and maintained relationships and credibility with lenders to facilitate leases and loans, maximizing per unit and departmental profit margins and customer satisfaction. Previewed credit information in order to determine proper courses of action in regards to lender credit guidelines and departmental profit goals.
